Press the button

            iHelp is designed to be user friendly and what can be more friendly than a help arriving at pressing single button. The device has only one button, there are no options to chose from no thinking to do, If you are in need of help just press the button and help will be on its way.
            Once you press the help button the device automatically send a distress signal to a monitoring center via cellular networks. This signal reports an emergency and the location of the device to a monitoring center.


iHelp responses back

            As the button is pressed an operator from the monitoring center establishes a two-way (loud and clear audio) communication through the device to obtain the nature of emergency or unsafe situation to dispatch the appropriate help service. For example if it is a medical emergency the operator will dispatch paramedics to the location of the device. Operator will also update paramedics with the details of an emergency so that paramedics are pre prepared to handle the situation at hand.


Help arriving

What is iHelp Alarm?

    A revolutionary medical alarm device that enables you or your loved ones to get fast help at the press of a button in event of an emergency and unsafe situation. When iHelp Alarm is activated by pressing the help button it will report an emergency to a monitoring center. Monitoring center will in return establish communication with the person in emergency via iHelp's two-way communication feature (with loud clear audio) to determine the nature of emergency. Once the nature of emergency is determined iHelp monitoring center will report and dispatch the appropriate service for your assistance. If no voice communication is established then the monitoring center will consult the health and wellness database and provide the appropriate help based on device owner’s past emergency and health history. iHelp Alarm is a device that provides fast communication with the help providers at a touch of a button thus resulting in fast defusing of the unsafe and emergency situation.
